Larry and his wife Jeanine were married in January of 2004. They have 4 grown children and 6 grandchildren. They have attended and served at Faith Life Church in Tampa since it began in 1998. Larry has visited almost every major battlefield in the U. S. and loves history, NASCAR and building model cars. Jeanine loves road tips, attending conferences, and going on dates with the grandkids.

From puppets to object lessons or ventriloquism to story telling, I have it covered. I can show you how to recruit workers, build teams and connect parents. I have been in Kidmin for over 50 years. My vast experience as a Children’s Pastor, Child Evangelist, Public and Private school teacher and administrator is available for you to draw on and learn from.
My goal is to coach you through the processes to creating a unique and fun experience for your kids, be available as a mentor to your program, and become a useful leader to you and your church.
Coaching
As a coach, I offer a one-time video call with you or you and your staff. This meeting would cover topics that you selected from a list to be provided beforehand.
Sample topics are:
- The art of telling a story
- How to present an object lesson
- Reading the crowd
- Connecting with parents
- Building a strong team
The meeting would conclude with a question and answer session.
Cost: $25 per church
Mentoring
As a mentor, I offer a 6 month program which includes:
- Monthly live video meeting
- Unlimited email questions
- Access to written outlines on Larry’s teaching topics
Cost: $99 per church
OBSERVATION:
I will observe your Sunday Morning service and give professional feedback. The cost is paying expenses for travel, stay and meals.
I can also do a Saturday training for your staff when I come for the observation , for an additional $200
Speaking
I can speak at a Leader’s Training, or from the pulpit on Sunday Morning. Check out my Larry Hillman Ministries YouTube Channel if you have any questions. The cost is covering my expenses of travel, stay, food and $200.
I can also do a Friday night, Saturday training in Leadership or Children’s ministry. The cost is covering my travel, stay, food and $250.
