Coach, Mentor, Speaker

I have been in Kidmin for over 50 years. My vast experience as a Children’s Pastor, Child Evangelist, Public and Private school teacher and administrator is available for you to draw on and learn from.

My goal is to coach you through the processes to creating a unique and fun experience for your kids, be available as a mentor to your program, and become a useful leader to you and your church.

Coaching

As a coach, I offer a one-time video call with you or you and your staff. This meeting would cover topics that you selected from a list to be provided beforehand.

Sample topics are:

• The art of telling a story
• How to present an object lesson
• Reading the crowd
• Connecting with parents
• Building a strong team

The meeting would conclude with a question and answer session.

Cost: $99

Mentoring

As a mentor, I offer a 6 month program which includes:

• Monthly live video meeting
• Unlimited email questions
• Access to written outlines on Larry’s teaching topics

Cost: $200 one time fee plus $99 per month

For an additional cost, I will observe your children’s service and give professional feedback. That additional cost is paying expenses for travel, stay and meals plus observation fees. The observation fee is based on the size of your church.

• $200 for attendance up to 100
  • $250 for attendance up to 200
  • $300 for attendance up to 300
  • $500 for attendance of 301 and up

Speaking

I offer two levels as a speaker.

The first level is a one hour engagement for your team or church. You will select the topic from a list provided beforehand. The cost is paying  expenses for travel, stay and meals plus the speaking fee. The speaking fee is based on the size of your church.

• $200 for attendance up to 100
• $250 for attendance up to 200
• $300 for attendance up to 300
• $500 for attendance of 301 and up

The second level is a series of training meetings covering several topics. This is typically done on Saturday on the following schedule.

• 9am – 10:30am, first session
• 10:30am – 10:45am, break
• 10:45 – Noon, second session
• Noon -1pm, lunch
• 1pm – 2pm, third session
• 2pm – 2:15pm, break
• 2:15pm -3:30, last session

This is a sample schedule and can be modified to meet your requirements. You will select the topics from a list provided beforehand.

• $500 for attendance up to 100
• $550 for attendance up to 200
• $600 for attendance up to 300
• $700 for attendance of 301 and up

If you would like to combine a Saturday training and observing your service on Sunday, the cost would be expenses and an additional observation fee of $200.
